Mavis Akplo is an alumnus of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and also obtained training from Preston Pre-University College. Her work experiences include organizations such as Source of Light Missionary, Unique Financial Services and CSIR.

She has also honed her professional experience through her participation in professional development activities, which include in-service training with excellent internal and external faculty and mentorship. She is driven, diligent, innovative and always has the client satisfaction as her primary objective.
